Info

Country Thunder is a country music festival and lifestyle brand that hosts several festivals each year. Country Thunder started 23 years ago and has developed into the very popular country music festival that it is today.[1] These festivals are usually located in traditional locations such as Florence, Arizona and Twin Lakes, Wisconsin with Alberta Canada being added to the festival calendar for the summer of 2016. Country Thunder has been known to attract people from all over North America, with visitors from other parts of the world. In 2015 each festival attracted 80,000–125,000 people throughout the four days.

Each festival offers entertainment on multiple stages. The main stage is the main attraction hosting both the biggest artists in country music and new upcoming talent, but other stages also offer upcoming artists as well as local artists. In the past, the festivals have hosted well-known artists like Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley and Eric Church.

Along with the live music stages, Country Thunder offers Electric Thunder, a late night electronic DJ'd dance party under a real circus tent. In 2015, themed parties were introduced each night including a throwback beach bash, neon rage, and a foam disco.

All ages are welcome to attend, but overall the average age of the attendants range from 22–32. Fans can join a fan club entitled CT Nation where they can share information and receive information early.

Country Thunder offers campsites in several camping areas for purchase by attendants, offering different levels of amenities, dependent upon the price for the campsite. Country Thunder also invites many food and retail vendors to take part and provides additional attractions to each show to add value to the festival experience.

Overall, Country Thunder is a country music and lifestyles brand that seeks to provide a top quality music festival experience to fans of country music.

Frederick Dierks Bentley[2] (born November 20, 1975[1]), known professionally as Dierks Bentley, is an American country music singer and songwriter who has been signed to Capitol Nashville since 2003. That year, he released his self-titled debut album. Both it and its follow-up, 2005's Modern Day Drifter, are certified platinum in the United States. A third album, 2006's Long Trip Alone, is certified gold. It was followed in mid-2008 by a greatest hits package. His fourth album, Feel That Fire was released in February 2009. A bluegrass studio album, Up on the Ridge, was released on June 8, 2010, and then a sixth album, Home, followed in February 2012, as did a seventh one, Riser, in 2014.

Bentley's studio albums have accounted for eighteen singles on the country singles chart, of which thirteen have reached No. 1: his debut single "What Was I Thinkin'", as well as "Come a Little Closer", "Settle for a Slowdown", "Every Mile a Memory", "Free and Easy (Down the Road I Go)", "Feel That Fire", "Sideways", "Am I the Only One", "Home", "5-1-5-0", "I Hold On", "Drunk on a Plane" and "Say You Do". Four more of his singles have reached the top 5.

Bentley's latest release, a new 13 track studio album titled Black was released May 27, 2016.[3]
