Country Thunder Arizona 2016

April 7, 2016 - April 10, 2016
April 7, 2016 - April 10, 2016

Country Thunder is a country music festival and lifestyle brand that hosts several festivals each year. These festivals are usually located in traditional locations such as Florence, Arizona and Twin Lakes, Wisconsin with Alberta Canada being added to the festival calendar for the summer of 2016. Country Thunder has been known to attract people from all over North America, with visitors from other parts of the world. In 2015 each festival attracted 80,000-125,000 people throughout the four days.

Each festival offers entertainment on multiple stages. The main stage is the main attraction hosting both the biggest artists in country music and new upcoming talent, but other stages also offer upcoming artists as well as local artists. In the past, the festivals have hosted well-known artists like Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Brad Paisley and Eric Church.

Along with the live music stages, Country Thunder offers Electric Thunder, a late night electronic DJ'd dance party under a real circus tent. In 2015, themed parties were introduced each night including a throwback beach bash, neon rage, and a foam disco.

All ages are welcome to attend, but overall the average age of the attendants range from 22-32. Fans can join a fan club entitled CT Nation where they can share information and receive information early.

Country Thunder offers campsites in several camping areas for purchase by attendants, offering different levels of amenities, dependent upon the price for the campsite. Country Thunder also invites many food and retail vendors to take part and provides additional attractions to each show to add value to the festival experience.

Overall, Country Thunder is a country music and lifestyles brand that seeks to provide a top quality music festival experience to fans of country music.

Florida Georgia Line is an American country music duo comprising Brian Kelley (from Ormond Beach, Florida) and Tyler Hubbard (from Monroe, Georgia). Florida Georgia Line has achieved major success since their inception, and are one of the most successful country music acts of the 2010s.[5] Their 2012 single Cruise is the best-selling digital country song of all time in the United States as of January 2014.[6] Florida Georgia Line was formed in 2010 in Nashville, Tennessee. In December 2011, they signed a publishing/production/management deal with Craig Wiseman (Big Loud Shirt Publishing), Kevin "Chief" Zaruk (Chief Music Management), and Joey Moi's (Mountain View Records) partnership, Big Loud Mountain.[7] Their second EP, It'z Just What We Do, charted on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. They played on the 2012 Country Throwdown Tour, along with acts such as Josh Thompson, Corey Smith, Gary Allan, Justin Moore and Rodney Atkins. They have also opened for Luke Bryan, Brantley Gilbert, Jake Owen, Jason Aldean, Colt Ford and Dierks Bentley. They are currently on their Anything Goes Tour with Thomas Rhett and Frankie Ballard.[8]

On July 16, 2012, Florida Georgia Line signed with Republic Nashville, part of the Big Machine Label Group.[9] The duo released their second album, Anything Goes on October 14, 2014.

Joshua Ryan "Jake" Owen (born August 28, 1981) is an American country music artist. Signed to RCA Nashville in 2006, he released his debut album Startin' with Me that year. This album produced three singles, all of which reached top 20 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart: his debut single "Yee Haw", "Startin' with Me", and "Something About a Woman". A second album, 2009's Easy Does It, has accounted for three more singles: "Don't Think I Can't Love You", "Eight Second Ride", and "Tell Me". In September 2011, Owen achieved his first number one hit on the country charts with the title track to his third album Barefoot Blue Jean Night, as did with "Alone with You", "The One That Got Away", and "Anywhere with You". His fourth album, Days of Gold produced two singles with its title track, which broke the top 20 in 2014, and the number one single "Beachin'".

Owen has also toured as an opening act for several other country artists, including Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, Little Big Town, Sugarland, Keith Urban, and Jason Aldean.

Kenneth Eric Church (born May 3, 1977), known professionally as Eric Church, is an American musician, singer and songwriter. Signed to Capitol Nashville since 2005, he has since released a total of five studio albums for that label. His debut album, 2006's Sinners Like Me, produced four singles on the Billboard country charts including the top 20 hits "How 'Bout You", "Two Pink Lines", and "Guys Like Me".

His second album, 2009's Carolina, produced three more singles: "Smoke a Little Smoke" and his first top 10 hits, "Love Your Love the Most" and "Hell on the Heart". 2011's Chief, his first No. 1 album, gave him his first two No. 1 singles, "Drink in My Hand" and "Springsteen", and the hits "Homeboy", "Creepin'", and "Like Jesus Does". His third No. 1 single was "The Only Way I Know", which he, Jason Aldean, and Luke Bryan recorded for Aldean's album Night Train. A fourth album, The Outsiders, was released in February 2014. It produced five new singles between 2013–15 with the title track, "Give Me Back My Hometown", "Cold One", "Talladega" and "Like a Wrecking Ball". "Talladega" and "Give Me Back My Hometown" each reached number one on the Country Airplay chart. Eric Church got his sixth No. 1 hit with Keith Urban in May 2015 with the single "Raise 'Em Up". He released his fifth studio album, Mr. Misunderstood, on November 3, 2015.
